Description:
YBN Is currently seeking a Member Service Representative.
The YBN Member Service Rep’s main focus is two-fold: #1)
to serve the current YBN members by providing them with business support
and help them use the YBN tools and service, #2) to offer them
additional services or products (retreat tickets, YBN store tools, etc)
that are available to them for an additional cost.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel and Word.
- Must LOVE talking to people on the phone.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
- Must have familiarity with customer service skills.
- Sales background Highly Desirable.
