The 2004 Annual Business Retreat was Spectacular! We blew up the old ways of thinking and discovered new ways to meet the challenges of our changing industry!

Thank you to everybody who helped put the event together, from the attendees to the exhibitors to the panel speakers. We all had fun in the sun and left with information and tools to change our businesses, and new friends to keep in touch with!

The two and a half day event, which started with a wild Halloween Party, included workshops on Leadership, Profitability, Teamwork, Personal Effectiveness, Marketing and Assistant Programs. The view of the Coronado Bay Bridge and Downtown San Diego was breath taking. Over 300 salon professionals flew in from 30 states to attendee the event, which featured presentations from the following Main Stage Educators:
